Hello everyone!
My goodness! It sure has been a while! It seems I'm ridiculously behind on messages here on Deviantart yet again, and I haven't even posted a new journal entry for several months now either!
I apologize for that everyone! 
I still plan to get caught up as soon as I can, and hopefully produce more artwork in the near future too, but for now, I wanted to share a little gift that I finished a few days ago....
I mentioned last fall, that I was a huge fan of the soap opera "Days Our Our Lives, at one point; particularly in the 1990s and the early 2000s. Part of this was due to the coupling of Bo and Hope, who's love story came to an end in late 2015, when the character of Bo Brady finally died in the arms of his beloved. I was pretty heartbroken by this, as I had watched their trials and tribulations for over 20 years! I even did a collage in honor of the two as seen here:

Anyhow, despite being a fan of the show, I never really thought that I would ever get an opportunity to meet the actor of Peter Reckell, who portrayed Bo Brady, but then I became aware of the fact that he would be performing in New York City in an off Broadway performance of "The Fantasticks." I immediately jumped on the opportunity and bought tickets for yesterday afternoon! If possible, I certainly wanted to meet the actor who made such a big impact on me over years!
I thought about what I could say or do to express that, and in addition to writing a heartfelt letter, I decided to present him with a drawing, as a token of appreciation. Sadly I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to complete it, but I did my best, and sure enough, I did indeed meet him face to face after the show, and even gave him the drawing in person!
The meeting happened so quickly, but I was able to get a picture taken with him and he seemed very kind and appreciative too! Anyways, I just wanted to share this with all of you, and to assure you that I WILL be back with new works and that I WILL respond to your comments the *moment* I'm able to! I really am sorry for the delay and hope that you can forgive me! No matter what is happening in my personal life, I never ever want any of you to think that your interest in what I do and even for me as a person is ever taken for granted! It still means the world to me, and one day soon, I hope to be able to express that properly! Thank you for looking everyone, for all of your time, consideration, and of course your patience and understanding! Until next time then!
