This image is my "Romantic Pairing with a Song," contest entry for the AtemXAnzu club
 .  As always, this piece was painted in opaque water color and it depicts my version of Teana (the previous incarnation of Tea/Anzu in Ancient Egypt) and Yami (Atemu/Atem) from my fanfiction "Transcending Memories: A Bond Unsealed.[link] or [link] The illustrated image is actually a future scene from my story, which I hope to write sometime soon. ^_- The song lyrics used, I will admit, are rather unusual. Truth be told, I had a musical theater interest a few years back which surfaces time and again. In 2003 I was instructed to listen to a musical recording from the play "Once on This Island," for a school project. Though I had my doubts at first, I found myself enjoying the story within the play very much, and I found some of the music to be quite beautiful. I especially loved the romantic duet "Forever Yours" which is where the lyrics in my painting actually originated from. Furthermore, I can even say that this musical was part of the inspiration for my fanfiction to begin with, so I felt it appropriate to attempt to illustrate part of the song, with a near kiss between Yami and Teana. ^_^ Anyhow, I hope you enjoy everyone! The only thing that I perhaps don't like so much - but it's no biggie - is the moon. But it's hard to make a moon look like a moon. Stupid moon!
